What Football rules are you using?This game and its simulation engine is based on the official NFL ruling.
However, there are things - especially if the NFL changes its ruling - that are different or based on older rules. This short overview will tell you details:
Overtime
The overtime here is based on the Sudden Death ruling the NFL was using until 2010. This means the first score in Overtime determines the winner of the game. There is nothing like "each team needs to have possession", and there is no draw possible.
Third-Quarterback rule
This rule says something like "if you are using your third QB before the 4th quarter you can't use the first two QBs in this game anymore." Such a rule does not exist in our small Football world.
